Wallace (“Wallace”, “the Store”, “we”) respects the privacy of our website users. When you browse the site, place an order, contact us, or sign up for our mailing list, we may collect: full name, email address, phone number, delivery address, payment details (processed directly by a secure payment provider – we do not store credit card details on our own systems), order history, and technical information about your use of the site (IP address, browser type, cookie data).

2. How We Use Your Information

To process and fulfill orders and deliveries; to provide customer service and respond to inquiries; to send marketing updates and promotions – only if you have given explicit consent; to improve the website and browsing experience; and to comply with legal obligations (e.g. bookkeeping and tax requirements).

3. Legal Basis for Processing

We collect data based on: performance of a contract (processing your order and delivery), consent (marketing communications and non-essential cookies), and legitimate interest (site security and fraud prevention).

Providing the details required to complete an order (such as name and delivery address) is a condition of completing a purchase – without them, an order cannot be completed. Providing details for marketing purposes is entirely voluntary, and consent can be withdrawn at any time.

4. Who We Share Information With

We may share information with: our payment processor, our courier/postal provider, our e-commerce platform provider, our email marketing tool (for mailing list subscribers), analytics tools used to improve the site, and advertising/social media platforms (such as Meta/Facebook/Instagram and Google) for personalized advertising and retargeting, subject to your consent to non-essential cookies. We do not sell personal information to third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

5. Marketing Communications and Israel's Anti-Spam Law

Marketing messages (email, SMS, or similar) will only be sent after we receive your explicit opt-in consent, in accordance with the Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) (Amendment No. 40), 5768-2008.

Every marketing message we send will include a convenient unsubscribe option. Once you ask to be removed, we will stop sending you marketing messages within the timeframe required by law.

We retain information for as long as there is a legitimate business or legal need to do so (for example, bookkeeping records are retained per tax authority requirements). Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized.

מסירת הפרטים הנדרשים להשלמת הזמנה (כגון שם וכתובת למשלוח) היא תנאי לביצוע הרכישה – ללא מסירתם לא ניתן להשלים הזמנה. מסירת פרטים לצורך דיוור שיווקי היא וולונטרית לחלוטין, וניתן לבטל את ההסכמה בכל עת.

4. עם מי המידע משותף

כל הודעה שיווקית שנשלח תכלול אפשרות נוחה להסרה מרשימת התפוצה. לאחר שתבקשו להסיר את עצמכם, נפסיק לשלוח אליכם הודעות שיווקיות בתוך פרק הזמן הקבוע בחוק.

6. משך שמירת המידע

אנו שומרים מידע כל עוד קיים צורך עסקי או חוקי לכך (למשל, מסמכי הנהלת חשבונות נשמרים בהתאם לדרישות רשות המסים). מידע שאינו נדרש עוד יימחק או יאונונם.
