Refund policy

This policy is written in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the Consumer Protection (Transaction Cancellation) Regulations, 5771-2010.

1. General Right of Cancellation

You may cancel a purchase made on this Site within 14 days of receiving the product, or from the date you received the transaction disclosure document – whichever is later.

2. Extended Right of Cancellation

Senior citizens (65+), new immigrants (within 5 years of immigration), and persons with disabilities are entitled to cancel a transaction within 4 months of receiving the product, subject to presenting appropriate identification, and provided the business could reasonably have identified this at the time of the transaction.

3. How to Cancel

You may notify us of a cancellation by contacting info@wallacespace.co, verbally or in writing. The cancellation notice should include your order details and customer information.

4. Change-of-Mind Returns (No Defect)

For a cancellation not due to a product defect, non-conformity, or late delivery, the product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, with original tags attached, and accompanied by an invoice or other proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs in this case are borne by the customer, and a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the product price or ₪100, whichever is lower, will also be deducted from the refund.

5. Returns Due to Defect, Non-Conformity, or Late Delivery

For a cancellation due to a product defect, non-conformity, or late delivery, we will arrange collection of the product from your address or cover the cost of return shipping, and no cancellation fee will be charged. Once we receive the product, we will inspect the claimed defect.

If our inspection finds the product to be in working order, or that the defect resulted from unreasonable use after the customer received it, no refund will be issued, and the product will be returned to the customer subject to payment of shipping costs.

6. Products That Cannot Be Cancelled

Under Israeli law, the following cannot be cancelled: underwear, products custom-made to the customer’s measurements or specifications, and jewelry priced above ₪3,000. Additional restrictions relating to hygiene-sensitive items (such as swimwear) will be noted on the relevant product page, and do not reduce the statutory cancellation right in the case of a defect.

A product purchased and received as a gift, where the recipient paid no monetary consideration, does not entitle the recipient to a cash refund; in that case we will be happy to offer a store credit voucher, at our discretion.

7. Requests Made After the Statutory Period

Requests for return, exchange, or cancellation submitted after the statutory period has ended (14 days, or 4 months in the cases described in Section 2) will be considered at our sole discretion, and do not constitute a vested right.

8. Refund Method and Timing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned product or the cancellation notice (whichever is later), in accordance with the law.

מדיניות זו נכתבה בהתאם לחוק הגנת הצרכן, התשמ“א-1981, ולתקנות הגנת הצרכן (ביטול עסקה), התשע“א-2010.

1. זכות הביטול הכללית

ניתן לבטל עסקת רכישה באתר בתוך 14 ימים מיום קבלת המוצר, או מיום קבלת מסמך גילוי פרטי העסקה – לפי המאוחר מביניהם.

2. זכות ביטול מוארכת

אזרחים ותיקים (מעל גיל 65), עולים חדשים (בתוך 5 שנים ממועד העלייה), ואנשים עם מוגבלות, זכאים לבטל עסקה בתוך 4 חודשים מיום קבלת המוצר, בכפוף להצגת תעודה מזהה מתאימה, ובלבד שהתקשרו עם העוסק ולעוסק היתה אפשרות לזהות זאת.

3. כיצד לבטל עסקה

ניתן להודיע על ביטול העסקה באמצעות פנייה לדוא“ל info@wallacespace.co, בעל-פה או בכתב. הודעת הביטול צריכה לכלול את פרטי ההזמנה ופרטי הלקוח.

4. החזרה עקב שינוי דעת (ללא פגם במוצר)

בביטול שאינו עקב פגם במוצר, אי-התאמה למפורט, או איחור באספקה, יש להחזיר את המוצר באריזתו המקורית, כשלא נעשה בו שימוש, עם תוויות המקור מחוברות אליו, ובצירוף חשבונית או אסמכתא אחרת לביצוע הרכישה.

עלות משלוח ההחזרה במקרה זה חלה על הלקוח, ובנוסף ייגבו דמי ביטול בשיעור של עד 5% ממחיר המוצר או 100 ₪, לפי הנמוך מביניהם, אשר יקוזזו מסכום ההחזר הכספי.

5. החזרה עקב פגם, אי-התאמה או איחור באספקה

בביטול עקב פגם במוצר, אי-התאמה למפורט, או איחור באספקה, נדאג לאסוף את המוצר מכתובתכם או לממן את עלות משלוח ההחזרה, ולא ייגבו דמי ביטול. עם קבלת המוצר, נבדוק את הפגם הנטען.

אם בבדיקתנו יתברר שהמוצר תקין, או שהפגם נגרם כתוצאה משימוש בלתי סביר לאחר קבלת המוצר, לא יינתן החזר כספי, והמוצר יוחזר ללקוח בכפוף לתשלום דמי משלוח.

6. מוצרים שאינם ניתנים לביטול

בהתאם לחוק, לא ניתן לבטל רכישה של: פריטי הלבשה תחתונה, מוצרים שיוצרו במיוחד עבור הלקוח לפי מידות או דרישות מיוחדות, ותכשיטים במחיר העולה על 3,000 ₪. מגבלות נוספות הנוגעות לפריטים רגישים מבחינה היגיינית (למשל בגדי ים) יפורטו בעמוד המוצר הרלוונטי, ואינן גורעות מזכות הביטול הקבועה בחוק במקרה של פגם.

מוצר שנרכש והתקבל כמתנה, וללא תמורה כספית ששולמה על ידי מקבל המתנה, אינו מזכה את מקבל המתנה בהחזר כספי; במקרה כזה נשמח להציע שובר זיכוי לרכישה באתר, לפי שיקול דעתנו.

7. בקשות לאחר תום התקופה הקבועה בחוק

בקשות להחזרה, החלפה או ביטול שיוגשו לאחר תום התקופה הקבועה בחוק (14 יום, או 4 חודשים במקרים המפורטים בסעיף 2) ייבחנו לפי שיקול דעתנו הבלעדי, ואינן מהוות זכות מוקנית.

8. אופן ואופק ההחזר הכספי

החזר כספי יינתן באותו אמצעי תשלום ששימש לביצוע הרכישה, בתוך 14 ימי עסקים ממועד קבלת המוצר המוחזר או הודעת הביטול (לפי המאוחר), בהתאם להוראות החוק.
